Usunięcie danych w aplikacji

1. 1Zaloguj się w aplikacji Uppycare.
2. 2Przejdź do elementu, który chcesz usunąć: profilu zwierzaka, wpisu w historii zdrowia, pomiaru, notatki, załącznika lub zapisanego weterynarza.
3. 3Otwórz jego szczegóły i wybierz opcję usunięcia. Usunięcie profilu zwierzaka kasuje również powiązane z nim wpisy zdrowotne.
4. 4Zmiana jest synchronizowana z serwerem – dane znikają zarówno z urządzenia, jak i z konta.

Usunięcie danych na prośbę mailową

1. 1Wyślij e-mail na adres nikodem@borzycki.dev z adresu, na który założone jest konto Uppycare.
2. 2Opisz, które dane mają zostać usunięte (np. konkretny profil zwierzaka, załączniki, dane diagnostyczne).
3. 3Potwierdzimy przyjęcie zgłoszenia i zweryfikujemy, że pochodzi z adresu przypisanego do konta.
4. 4Wskazane dane usuwamy najpóźniej w ciągu 30 dni od potwierdzenia zgłoszenia.

Jakie dane możesz usunąć

• profile zwierząt wraz ze zdjęciami,

• wpisy historii zdrowia: szczepienia, odrobaczenia, wizyty weterynaryjne, leki i terapie,

• pomiary (np. waga) i wykresy z nimi powiązane,

• notatki i załączniki,

• zapisanych weterynarzy,

• zaplanowane przypomnienia.

Co zostaje po usunięciu wybranych danych

Konto użytkownika oraz adres e-mail pozostają aktywne – usunięcie wybranych danych nie likwiduje konta.

Anonimowe dane diagnostyczne i statystyki użycia, których nie da się powiązać z Twoim kontem, pozostają w narzędziach analitycznych.

Kopie zapasowe zawierające usunięte dane wygasają automatycznie w ciągu maksymalnie 90 dni.

Deleting data in the app

1. 1Sign in to the Uppycare app.
2. 2Go to the item you want to remove: a pet profile, a health history entry, a measurement, a note, an attachment or a saved veterinarian.
3. 3Open its details and choose the delete option. Deleting a pet profile also removes the health entries linked to it.
4. 4The change syncs with the server – the data disappears from both the device and your account.

Deleting data by email request

1. 1Send an email to nikodem@borzycki.dev from the address your Uppycare account is registered with.
2. 2Describe which data should be removed (e.g. a specific pet profile, attachments, diagnostic data).
3. 3We will confirm receipt of the request and verify that it comes from the address linked to the account.
4. 4The requested data is deleted within 30 days of the confirmed request.

What data you can delete

• pet profiles together with their photos,

• health history entries: vaccinations, dewormings, vet visits, medications and therapies,

• measurements (e.g. weight) and the charts based on them,

• notes and attachments,

• saved veterinarians,

• scheduled reminders.

What remains after deleting selected data

Your account and email address stay active – removing selected data does not close the account.

Anonymous diagnostic data and usage statistics that cannot be linked to your account remain in our analytics tools.

Backups containing deleted data expire automatically within a maximum of 90 days.
