Jak poprosić o usunięcie konta

1. 1Wyślij e-mail na adres nikodem@borzycki.dev z tego samego adresu, na który założone jest konto Uppycare.
2. 2W temacie wpisz "Usunięcie konta Uppycare". Możesz też użyć przycisku poniżej – wiadomość zostanie przygotowana automatycznie.
3. 3Potwierdzimy przyjęcie zgłoszenia i zweryfikujemy, że prośba pochodzi z adresu e-mail przypisanego do konta.
4. 4Konto oraz powiązane dane usuwamy najpóźniej w ciągu 30 dni od potwierdzenia zgłoszenia. Po zakończeniu wysyłamy e-mail z potwierdzeniem.

Jakie dane są usuwane

Po realizacji zgłoszenia trwale usuwamy:

• konto użytkownika wraz z adresem e-mail i danymi logowania,

• profile zwierząt (imię, gatunek, rasa, data urodzenia, zdjęcia),

• historię zdrowia: szczepienia, odrobaczenia, wizyty weterynaryjne, leki i terapie,

• notatki, pomiary, dodanych weterynarzy i załączniki,

• zaplanowane przypomnienia i ustawienia powiadomień.

Jakie dane mogą zostać zachowane

Anonimowe dane diagnostyczne i statystyki użycia, których nie da się powiązać z Twoim kontem, pozostają w narzędziach analitycznych.

Kopie zapasowe usuwanych danych wygasają automatycznie w ciągu maksymalnie 90 dni od usunięcia konta.

Dane, których zachowania wymagają przepisy prawa (np. dokumentacja rozliczeniowa), przechowujemy przez okres wskazany w tych przepisach.

Dane na urządzeniu

Aplikacja przechowuje lokalną kopię danych, żeby działać offline. Odinstalowanie aplikacji usuwa tę kopię z urządzenia.

Zakupy i subskrypcje obsługiwane przez App Store lub Google Play anuluj bezpośrednio w ustawieniach sklepu – usunięcie konta nie anuluje ich automatycznie.

How to request account deletion

1. 1Send an email to nikodem@borzycki.dev from the same address your Uppycare account is registered with.
2. 2Use the subject "Uppycare account deletion". You can also use the button below – the message will be pre-filled for you.
3. 3We will confirm receipt of the request and verify that it comes from the email address linked to the account.
4. 4The account and all related data are deleted within 30 days of the confirmed request. You will receive an email confirmation once it is done.

What data is deleted

Once the request is processed, we permanently delete:

• the user account together with the email address and login credentials,

• pet profiles (name, species, breed, date of birth, photos),

• health history: vaccinations, dewormings, vet visits, medications and therapies,

• notes, measurements, saved veterinarians and attachments,

• scheduled reminders and notification settings.

What data may be retained

Anonymous diagnostic data and usage statistics that cannot be linked to your account remain in our analytics tools.

Backups containing deleted data expire automatically within a maximum of 90 days after the account is removed.

Data we are legally required to keep (e.g. billing records) is retained for the period set out in those regulations.

Data on your device

The app keeps a local copy of your data so it can work offline. Uninstalling the app removes that copy from the device.

Purchases and subscriptions handled by the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled in the store settings – deleting the account does not cancel them automatically.
